The olive mill waste waters (OMWW) generated from oil extraction is a major environmental concern since they are characterized by their role as pollutant (high organic and mineral matters) pH acid. aim of this study was to valorize anaerobic fermentation in the presence cow manure order produce biogas reduce toxic load.
